Short Stories

I've decided to work on Short Stories for a while. I don't think I'm quite up to writing full length works yet. My writing skill is constantly getting better, so once I do manage to be able to handle the length, my novels should be even better.

My current project is coming along quite well, slowly but regularly and well. It will of course require some editing, but the fellow has reached 13 pages now which is quite an impressive length for a short story that I am writing.

Oh and the story is also good.

Look forward to it! "The Mysterious Case of the Lynchfield Fortune"

Once

Well Once is coming along though slowly. Over 100 pages, currently working on Chapter 12. The beginning chapters need lots of editing, and so does this one.
This chapter is going quite slowly, and not nearly as funny as the others. I'm just not feeling this situation very well, and am having trouble when Hernando is on his own. I think it's because unfortunately he is mainly just a speech pattern and the wild exuberance of youth. He has to become something more throughout the book or Series.
Once is huge and I can see it easily being a duology once I have finally finished it. Not once the storyline is done, but after I finish editing it.
We'll see how it goes.

Schedule

Hello Everyone. I have started a schedule of training and writing to ensure that I keep in shape and improve and maybe get one of these novels done.

Right now my major projects are Haven and Once.

Haven is a dark gritty cyberpunk utopia turned distopia novel. Not along my usual lines for novel's but even more gruesome than the darkest of my poems.

Once is more my usual style. It's a light fantasy novel, bordering on literary fairy tale. It is a pastiche of fairy tales and elements of modern life. It tells the tale of a king and his unfortunately numerous children.
