Getting Fit
In the past few years working out and nutrition have became an important part of my life. Even with COVID I was doing pretty good and was starting to lose weight. Then in the summer with COVID continuing I hit a plateau.
Reading Autumn Calabrese's new book "Lose Weight Like Crazy Even if you have a Crazy life" and it gave me new motivation. It also helped that she had a new program called 9 week Control Freak which gave me even more motivation. And finally the 3rd thing that helped, which might seem a little vain was cute clothing! Zyia is amazing and makes clothes for all types of bodies!

COVID19 BLUES
Wow, I can't believe this week 3 of staying at home. I miss going to work and seeing my co-workers. I miss seeing the patrons too.
I'am an introvert and am having trouble not seeing anyone. I can't imagine how the extroverts are doing!
I did get my second book, Sharkpede! published. It is more of a novella then a novel. I hope you all will consider purchasing it. It is available as an e-book and paperback book.
I am working on my 3rd book right now. I am greatly inspired by what is going on. I already have 6 chapters and 4,200 words!

Happy Pride!
Happy Pride month everyone! What better way to celebrate then reading some great LGBT+ books? Some of my favorites are The Rainbow Trilogy by Alex Sanchez, Trans/Portraits by Jackson Wright Shulz, One True Way by Shannon Hitchcock and Love is Love by Michael Genhart.
