Does the Bible Say Things That Harm Women?

Sometimes I see a video thateven after everything Ive seen over 50 years of ministrystill shocks me. And a recent video from the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is one of those videos as an ELCA spokeswoman claims that numerous verses of Scripture are harmful to women and girls but, not to worry, we can just not take those verses literally!

Using wording from a 2019 church document, she says,

The Christian tradition is both a challenge and a resource when it comes to addres...

Revelation Is the Key to the Past

When guests come to the Creation Museum, some are surprised to see exhibits depicting animals in the garden of Eden as vegetarian. Why do we show them this way?

Well, because the Bible is very explicit that before the fall, when sin entered the world, animals and man were vegetarian.

And God said, Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food. And to every beast of the earth and to ev...

A Legacy Worth Leaving

My mother passed from death to life in November of 2019, three months shy of her 92nd birthday. She would often tell people, I had 90 good years. The last two werent so good healthwise, as she lost her ability to walk and had to be cared for in a nursing home. But even up until she went to her heavenly home, she would witness to the nurses and other residents in the nursing home and challenge them to trust Christ for salvation.

New Otter Species ConfirmedEvidence for Evolution or Creation?

What exactly is a species? Well, that depends on who you ask. Evolutionists struggle to define species because organisms wont fit neatly into the classification systemand because species they think are separated by millions of years are often able to interbreed (for example, these amazing ant species I wrote about recently). So why are researchers saying theyve confirmed a new otter species?

Scientists thought there was just one Neotropical river otter species living from northern...

South Korean Film Crew Visits Ark Encounter, Creation Museum

Just a few days ago, I blogged about how Answers in Genesis was making an impact on churches in Peru. Well, for todays post, were going to the other side of the world, where AiG is also having an impact!

Recently, a TV crew from South Korea interviewed me at the Ark Encounter for a documentary they are producing of the Ark and Creation Museum. The documentary will be shown on a large Christian TV station in South Korea as well as on YouTube and other social media platforms. Most of the cre...

54% of US Adults Think Religion Should Not Influence Political Decisions

Last week, I wrote about some of the results of the 2025 State of Theology Survey published by Ligonier Ministries and Lifeway Research. The results were pretty appalling and showed a lack of biblical knowledge, discipleship, and consistency within the beliefs of supposed Evangelicals. But there was one statement on the survey, reworded from previous years, that I wanted to focus on here in a separate postand its about politics.

Survey respondents were asked to either strongly agree, somew...
