Deborah Kesten is an award-winning author and nutrition researcher.

As a health journalist, Kesten has authored five books and published more than 400 articles, blogs, and columns.

With a master’s degree in public health, Kesten specializes in preventing, managing, and reversing chronic conditions (such as overeating, obesity, and heart disease) through diet and other lifestyle changes.

Kesten developed the Whole Person Integrative Eating program for overcoming overeating, obesity and being overweight.
