Promo Opportunities for Authors of Romance Love Stories
Hi all,
As you probably know, I create relationship-based, mainstream, African American and Interracial romances. My love stories are sweet-to-sensual. The culmination of intimacy fades to black or happens behind closed doors. Sometimes it's a challenge to find places to promote my novels. For that reason, I have created opportunities for other authors who find themselves in that same predicament. I ask for no monetary payment. At this writing, I freely give of my time. However, I do expect all participants to promote their showcase on social media. That's not too much to ask, I don't believe.
The promo opportunities for romances available for sale are:
(1) www.BlurbsinBloom.com Scroll through to see some past submissions.
The showcases are romance book spotlights that include blurb, excerpt, cover, and links. See full guidelines at http://www.blurbsinbloom.com/p/submis....
(2) www.mickiesherwood.com/blog Check out the post titled Holiday Treats.
New for 2016, these showcases highlight holiday-themed romances. The romance novel must have a holiday chapter or scene, if it is not about the holiday in its entirety. A list of holidays is on the submission form. Included are cover, tagline or 2-4 sentence snippet, and links. See full guidelines at http://www.mickiesherwood.com/blog/sw....
My blogs aren't behind a content-warning curtain. So, keep that in mind. Novels should be rated no higher than PG13. The excerpt submitted should be G-rated.
Some restrictions apply. I reserve the right to refuse submissions that fall outside of the guidelines.
Participation has been good. 2016 will be better.
Drop by and see how we can help one another gain more reader exposure.
