Eric Brockman is a father of four and a longtime sales professional in the aerospace composites industry. After his second divorce, he began paying attention to what actually steadied a room—and what didn’t. He realized he was often showing up at the wrong emotional frequency, especially with his children.

His work focuses on what holds: calm over reactivity, presence over performance, steadiness over force. He writes about a form of masculinity grounded in emotional clarity—the ability to stay when things get loud.

He lives in North Carolina. Soft Eyes, Strong Spine is his first book.
