Katherine Perry liked an answer from Josiah DeGraaf: Hi, I'm a teen sci/fi geek who up to her armpits in a dystopian sci/fi project . Do you have any advice for the second draft? Focus is the key for revisions in my book. When I edit, I take one tangible problem in the story (like a plot hole being filled or a character being unrealistic) and then go through the novel only fixing that issue.
