Before & Gone, the first book in my new series called The Chosen Series (settle down Shadow Series fans, the third book is coming!) is nearly finished. The first draft WILL be done today and I'm really excited about it! I'll keep you all updated.

Just wanted to check in and let everyone know that my current work in progress "Before & Gone" is going very well. It will be more in the SciFi vein than Fantasy, and I'm hoping to be finished with the first draft in a month or so. After that, the third and final book in the Shadow Series, Sanctify, is in the wings waiting to be written!

As of 11:15 p.m. CST on 2-3-11, the first draft of A Shadow's Light is complete!

As many of you know, my novella Duality overtook my writing time this past fall and prevented me from working on A Shadow's Light, the sequel to Failing Test. I'm happy to let you know that I'm now nearly finished with the first draft of ASL! I will post updates.
