Strong/lead female characters appear in 'The Order of the Mirror' and 'Gateway to the Dark Side', second and third novels of the series.
My over all rating would be a 3.5 on this book. But it's not because the book wasn't interesting, it just wasn't my cup of tea. Kamil has a very sophisticated way of writing and when I was reading this book I was like yep, definitely get the vibe of men in this book, which is fine. Again it's a good book, not what I'm use to. But I do want to read the second one cause I want to see what happens in the story, I don't want to explain anything about the book without giving anything away. The overall plot is really interesting, a little weird, but it had a ton of character to it. I want to see where these main men characters go and what happens (even though it's outside of the books I usually read, so this is a good thing)The InitiatesKamil AliKamil Ali
