Rajesh is an MBA (Finance) from JBIMS, Mumbai and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with over 21 years of experience in leading organisations like ICICI & Franklin Templeton.

After achieving his financial freedom, he set up Financial Radiance in 2016. He coaches and helps his clients achieve financial freedom. He is managing portfolio of over 350 families, with assets of about Rs 200 crores and SIP book of Rs 1.4 crore/month.

This book is for those struggling to maintain a work-life balance or are in a job just to pay their bills, not because the job is aligned with their passion. It encourages readers to see this phase as a time to explore passions, engage in meaningful work, and reinvent themselves. The Book is available both as ebook and paperback.

3. Purpose Beyond Paychecks - Redefine success: live for purpose, not just a paycheck! Are you stuck in the grind of daily work, wondering if there’s more to life than just earning a paycheck?
