Musician, actor and retired sales & marketing rep, CA Humer, Cherie to her friends, grew up in small town Wisconsin. She was born into a family that valued the arts but had a firm foundation in practicality. As a child, they encouraged her to express herself in a variety of ways. Music, dance and performing were passions growing up, but she always felt a tug toward writing. Tamping down her creative side, Cherie chose business and sales–relegating her artistic inclinations to a side-line. When her creative hunger bubbled to the surface, she satisfied the urge to write by creating marketing campaigns, scripts and newsletter articles. Sam & Kate continued their adventures and CA delivered on suspense and action. The opening made me cry and how great is it that one is so immersed in the story that the twists of fate take one by surprise?! A great read.
