Holli Kenley, M.A., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, currently works in the field of psychology as an author, therapist, and workshop presenter. From Southern California, she practiced for ten years in a counseling center before moving into private practice, spending much of her time working in the areas of abuse, addiction, betrayal, bullying/cyber bullying, codependency, and trauma.

Holli is the author of ten books. Her latest release is "Pilates For Parenting: Stretch Yourself and Strengthen Your Family." This is a personalized workout regime for all who are open to assessing their parenting attitudes and adjusting their approaches as they strive to build stronger parent-child relationships.

Their stories are a testament to the power of choice, perseverance, and resiliency.

In 2017, "Power Down & Parent Up: Cyber Bullying, Screen Dependence & How To Raise Tech-Healthy Children" was released. If you are raising digital natives, this book is a must read!

The "2nd Edition of Breaking Through Betrayal" was released January 2016! Holli's groundbreaking approach to recovery from any kind of Betrayal now includes recovery from Relapse as a form of Self-Betrayal. The destructive role of shame and other self-deprecating emotions are explored in this new edition along with offering readers a healing path of "Self-Discovery".

Holli's other books include "Breaking Through Betrayal: And Recovering The Peace Within" (2009); and an e-single "Betrayal-Proof Your Relationship: What Couples Need To Know & Do". Holli Kenley has had several articles published on cyber bullying, including an e-single entitled "cyber bullying no more: Parenting A High Tech Generation" (2011). In April 2013, Holli's poetic and powerful memoir - "Mountain Air: Relapsing and Finding the Way Back…One Breath at a Time" was released. Departing a bit from her clinical writings, Holli Kenley's first novel "Another Way" (March 2015) is an empowering read for tweens to teens, and for those entrusted with their care.
