Born in Caracas on November 12, 1966, I was raised in Puerto Ordaz, Ciudad Guayana. I attended Colegio Loyola Gumilla before moving to Caracas at 17 to study economics at Andrés Bello Catholic University. A serious traffic accident interrupted my studies, requiring over a year of recovery. I returned to university, switching to social communication, but left during my second year to pursue a career in advertising. By 24, I was creative director at a leading agency, and at 28, I founded my own. At 30, I became a shareholder in the country's top trade marketing and advertising firm, selling my shares at 38.
