I might give myself a few days off and set a time when I'm going to try again. I make myself sit down at the computer everyday. I give myself small tasks like opening a document or reviewing some notes. I try to figure out what I'm afraid of. There are lots of reasons not to write. You're out of ideas. You have an idea that's so awesome you know you're going to screw it up. You're afraid your ideas are going to hurt people. You're afraid you're not good enough. I think it can be useful to know why you're not writing, but really, the only cure is to write.(less)

Your job is just to do your thing as best as you can, learn as much as you can, grow as much as you can. The rest is not up to you. I like to refer back to Martha Graham's quote:

"It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep yourself open and aware to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open. ... "(less)
