Nació en 1985, en un pueblo gallego, cerca de Vigo, donde reside actualmente. Descubrió su amor por la lectura y el teatro a una edad muy temprana y pasó su infancia entre libros y escenarios. Su pasión por la escritura llegó algo más tarde, en la adolescencia, pero tardó años en decidirse a publicar.

Es doctora en Filología Hispánica con un Master en Artes Escénicas y actualmente trabaja como profesora de teatro.

Se considera una apasionada de la literatura fantástica que descubrió gracias a Michael Ende, J. K. Rowling y Anne Rice, además de cinéfila, seriéfila y adicta a las historias sea cual sea su formato.
