Joseph Cruz is an Emergency Physician practicing in the United States. He has always had a particular obsession with learning and memorizing the vast details and minutiae of large lore-filled book series like Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice and Fire, Dune, and The Wheel of Time, as well as other multimedia such as Star Wars and the Marvel comic and cinematic universes. His greatest influences are Michael Crichton, who was also an Emergency Physician and Author, as well as George RR Martin, Brandon Sanderson, and Joe Abercrombie for their abilities to weave together large works of intricate world building.
