When she was a child, Bella believed she could control the wind.
One day, when she was about 6 years old, she read The Snow Queen and fell in love with books. She wrote her first “award winning” story in 2nd class (her teacher used her story as a reading test. Not sure her peers were very happy…)
After that, she never stopped writing.
Bella graduated in Biology, joined a postgraduate school, and decided to pursue a career in Science, but her passion for the written word never dimmed and she continued to scribble here and there, drafting several novels and short stories in the past years. Although her preferred genre is fantasy, she dips into other genres as the stories "finds her".

“We have something important to discuss later.”
Puzzled, she studied her father’s face, feeling that she could pass out with curiosity.
“It’s about your inheritance,” he added, lowering his voice into a conspiratorial whisper as if that explained every-thing.
It did not.”

“More than two hundred and fifty years had passed since he entered Triarell’s chambers that fated night, and not one day had gone by without him being haunted by the moment when he helplessly watched Triarell exhale for the last time, leaving him alone with his immortal loneliness.”
Bella Dunn, The Dreams Thief

“Taerlys smiled and closed her eyes, comforted by her mother’s heartbeat on her cheek.
I am the seed, she thought, before drifting into sleep.

"Oh, you can’t help that," said the Cat: "we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad."
"How do you know I’m mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn’t have come here.”
Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland

“He could not fail again. Not this time.
I will not fail again, he repeated to himself, even though he knew that the words were nothing more than a fool’s prayer.”
