Patrick Boland is a leadership consultant, executive coach, psychotherapist, and trainer across several industries and sectors around the world. He has worked with organizations ranging from Salesforce to the LEGO Group, Google to Unilever, and Citi to the Center for Action and Contemplation. In 2021, Patrick coauthored a book of reflections, Every Thing Is Sacred, with the contemplative teacher Richard Rohr.

In 2013, Patrick founded Conexus, an organization that coaches leaders and their teams using a combination of neuroscience; depth psychology; and embodied, experiential learning.
