Mat Resist writes about the things he loves. He writes about building things and growing things. He writes about bicycles and traveling. Sometimes he writes instructional pieces, occasionally they're angry diatribes, but mostly he tells stories. It's not usually someone telling you "This is how you do it." It's him telling you, "This is how I did it, and this is how it worked for me." He's a storyteller at heart. 20+ years of writing zines will do that to you.
