Author Robyn McKay is the founder and creative director of she{ology} by Dr. Robyn McKay, an international leadership and coaching program for bright women. Her mission is to promote economic growth and equality by empowering girls and women to create sustainable businesses using their unique talents and abilities.

She has been the psychologist at the Gary K. Herberger Young Scholars Academy at Arizona State University and was the founding adviser for ASU’s Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) Leadership program. She cofounded the Counseling Laboratory for the Exploration of Optimal States at the University of Kansas.
