I wrote a YA version of Ethan, Who Loved Carter. A lot of people have asked me for it since 2012, and I really enjoyed imagining how it would be if Ethan and Carter met as teens. It's the same story, but it's also not because teens aren't adults, you know? So, things change based on what Ethan and Carter would need as teens. There's school and parents. My goal in writing this was to make it a new story that was still true to the original version so that people can read both and enjoy both independently of the other. Hopefully I did okay on that end.
