But seriously, one can only write so much a day, and then one must walk away and not come back till the next day, giving time for 'the well to recharge'. It's best to mostly write the same place and same time every day, so the mind gets to expect it. Having said that, when I'm having trouble getting things done, and that happens once or twice a year, I take my laptop and go work in a quiet place at the library. Sometimes a change of scenery helps.(less)
