A quick progress report for Book 5. I've finished the first draft of Chapter 4. I'm extremely pleased about where this next installment seems to be going, which I've titled (maybe temporarily) Cassidy Jones and the Eternal Flame.

Hello!
I'm very pleased to announce that the fourth book in Cassidy Jones Adventures, Cassidy Jones and the Luminous, has been released.
Much changes for Cassidy in the latest installment, circumstances and relationships become more complex, as she faces her greatest challenge yet. Essentially, The Luminous changes the course of the series, in a new direction which, frankly, took me by surprise. I'm inspired by the turn of events and look forward to seeing where Cassidy and Co. take me from here.

Emblazon Launch Giveaway

“Write your name on the heart of a child.” We hope to emblazon our stories
there.
Emblazon is a collection of authors– some indie, some traditionally
published– who have each produced at least one children’s novel. Our audiences
range from fifth grade to young adult, but we have a particular focus on ages
11 to 14. Some call them upper middle grade; others call them low young adult.
They’re somewhere in the middle and can lean either way. We call them Tweens.
