Courtney A. Short holds a PhD in History from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and specializes in military, American, and Japanese history, as well as race and identity studies. She previously served as Assistant Professor and Deputy Department Head at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Smart and perfectly executed! Everything in this thriller connected and made sense, with nothing left unanswered. Wonderfully unpredictable. Ending was exactly what I hoped for. Bravo! A well-constructed book by an author I will read again!
