I'm a lifelong Ohioan, with my journey into the literary world beginning as soon as I could hold a pencil. My mom always joked that I had ink in my veins instead of blood. My passion for writing was kindled by my 5th-grade English teacher, Mrs. Lewis, and fueled by engrossing tales like the Magic Treehouse series and "May Bird and the Ever After." As I grew, my voracious reading habits expanded, deeply influenced by my first job at a library, which provided a treasure trove of books that helped shape my writing voice.

I immerse myself in crafting adult fiction, exploring diverse genres including post-apocalyptic worlds, heart-stirring romance, dramatic retellings, and expressive poetry. I'm a proud "pantser," composing feverishly without an outline, and I find myself "writing in the margins" of life—during dinner preparations, in waiting rooms, or while absorbing the electrifying atmosphere of a football game. My goal is to offer readers not just a story, but an escape, a transport to another world nestled within the pages of my books.

Beyond the written word, I'm deeply connected to music, expressing myself through the strings of a guitar and the keys of a piano. When I'm not writing or playing music, you'll likely find me cheering on my favorite football team, exploring new culinary delights, or simply enjoying the company of good friends.

As I look to the future, I am thrilled about my upcoming debut novel, "In the Shadow of Sapphires," set for release on November 20, 2023—a BDSM romance that promises to intrigue. I'm also venturing into the retelling of a lesser-known Greek myth, ensuring more literary adventures await on the horizon.
