Mo is leaping into bookstores today!
The Legendary Mo Seto
Dear Goodreads Friends,
I started training in taekwondo when I was six. I still have a terribly cringe-inducing photo of little me wearing a blindingly white taekwondo dobok (uniform) and an equally blindingly white belt. Posing mid-punch. Mushroom haircut in full effect (you know the one--razor-straight bangs and hair that falls just past my ears). Old, brown-yellow, velvet flowered-patterned curtains drooping behind me...
All this to say, my book, The Legendary Mo Seto, has been in the works for a long, looong time. As a kid, I loved doing only two things: reading and taekwondo. And I wanted so badly to read a book about a TKD girl. But there were none. I told myself I'd just have to write and publish one someday...and that day is here.
It was my goal to write a story that would inspire kids not only to be brave and never give up, but also to love themselves--every inch of themselves. I hope you'll buy this book and let me know if I've succeeded!

Thank you with all my heart for your support!
Warmly,
A.Y.
P.S. If you'd like to catch a peek of said cringe-inducing photo, hop onto twitter/x in the next few days (@aychanwrites). I just might be able to convince myself to post it.
