Woohoo! An arbitrary milestone: Mead Mountain just received its 500th review! Mead Mountain is the second best reviewed Christian novel on Amazon for 2017 so far. Congratulations Joel C Rosenberg for having the first.

Of all the reviews I have been blessed to receive, this one is my favorite, a lady wrote: "This book arrived a few minutes ago and I'm eager to read it. The plot is intriguing - does the minister and his congregation have enough faith to move a mountain, as it says in the scriptures can be done?" I am very touched to see this type of enthusiasm even before page one! Cathy, I hope this book EARNS it. You may encounter scenes you did not expect, but I believe it you stay with it until the end, you will be glad you did. God bless!

Every time I hit refresh on my book's sales report (every 5 minutes), I catch myself saying in my head, "C'mon. Big money, big money." Is this endemic among new authors, or am I completely alone?
Where is the scientific community on this one? Where are the studies? A quick Google search brought up nothing. I checked the DSM-IV and it wasn't in there.
I have not yet caught myself saying "No Whammies," but sales have been good so far.
