Back Jacket Description Finalized!
Between now and February, I'll be sharing fun quotes and tidbits about Meredith and Harlan's hard-fought romance in Even After This.
My publishing team finalized the back jacket description, and I wanted to share it with you!

Thank Goodness No One Wanted to Use My Title Ideas
Apparently, creating book titles is the villain in my author journey.
When I talked to my editor and told her I was terrible at coming up with titles...
She said they couldn't possibly be that bad.
So I told her my ideas.
And then she said...
(Keep in mind I love, love, love my editor, trust her, and we laugh a lot.)
... "Do NOT suggest those ideas to marketing. Just tell them, 'I don't have any creative ideas for this.""
Some might think I took offense to this, but the truth is, if the team had listened to me, they would not have come up with the beautiful depth that is my title ...

I've waited 12 years to know the title of this book, and if you get me talking about it in person, I'll cry all over you.
The title is a battleground whisper. It's the blueprint of a hard-fought romance. And its hope. For all of us.
I can't wait to share Meredith and Harlan's story with you.
