I just finished a new book! It's called When I Cast Your Shadow and it's the story of 16-yr-old twins, Ruby and Everett, both possessed by the ghost of their older brother. It will be out on Tor Teen.... eventually.

Oh wow I can't believe VASSA IN THE NIGHT is already up on Goodreads! It's going to be a long wait, but it's coming out on Tor Teen in March 2016!

Mermaids Magazine was just released! Full of gorgeous photos and stories by writers including Carolyn Turgeon, Francesca Lia Block, and me! Mine is from Nausicaa's point of view and describes her meeting with Homer when she was young...

Hey, I think I just finished writing my new young adult novel, VASSA IN THE NIGHT! No idea yet when it will be published, but I'll keep you posted. Very excited.

It's about a convenience store in Brooklyn run by a witch, and what happens when Vassa is sent there late at night to buy light bulbs.
