Updates (Proofreading, Book 2, Season 3 and more.)

OK, so the proofreading errors... fixed. I won't go into why it happens, but it rhymes with "will sent the formatter the wrong Taft.) Anyway, it wasn't by any means a bad draft, but as people have pointed out it was a little rough in places.

I just uploaded the file to Amazon. I'm not an expert on it but I *think* you can update or refresh books. It'll be updated when this link's version changes to "3rd edition." Again, none of the content will be different, just some typos.

the book

Also, I'm through the formatting and adaptation of Book 2. Now comes the proofreading, and poking at it, which will take a little bit but not too much. Then off to the formatter, which also isn't terrible. I would not be surprised to see Book 2 ready on 3/15.

Finally, Aaron is working on Season 3, and Chris is bouncing around between the two and doing the Jonas voice thing. (If you haven't yet, you should listen to the podcast. You can stop after episode 1 of Season 2 if you don't want to spoil Book 2. But until you've heard Chris do Jonas Waight, you haven't fully gotten into the head of him - it's EERIE.

the podcasts

(Also Muse of Molly Malloy is on there, which is a full length horror audio drama about artists, spindly creatures, sex, drugs, and dynamite... in a very classy package. But that's enough about that.)

All in all, One Eighteen is going VERY well. Moving on all fronts now, and we really appreciate everyone buying the book. We're seriously floored by the reviews and the sales and the... well, all of it.

And seriously fired up. So that's about it. I never know how to end newsletters so...

Avoid the murmur,

Doh! (Re: Proofreading in 118)

So I was puzzled that multiple people were finding typos in One Eighteen. "We did a proofread, then another and so it should be pretty much errorOHshiz..." I released the second to last proofread instead of the last one.

So our formatter is working on getting the right file formatted for the Kindle, and once that's done we'll reupload it. You should be able to get the corrected version after that.

So thank you all for the reviews containing specific issues, because it helps figure out what when wrong in situations like this.

We're on it!
