This is the farthest I have run.

An unplanned 13.1 mile run.

A Strava challenge got me to do it.

I wrote down my goals the night before.

So I wrote:

13.1 miles in 1 hr 51 min

Avg HR 155 bpm

I ended up running:

13.13 miles in 1 hr 45

Avg HR 165 bpm

YOU COULD GO TO THE ZOO AND DRAW ALL THE ANIMALS

YOU COULD MAKE A LIL FIELDS NOTE BOOK

YOU COULD WRITE NOTES ON THE PAGES, RIP THEM OUT THEN HIDE THEM IN LIBRARY BOOKS

OR

YOU COULD JUST WRITE A SINGLE PAGE, HIDE IT SOMEWHERE, AND LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WHO EVER FINDS IT TO DO THE SAME
