Tom lives in Chester with his four year old son who thinks he’s a T-Rex, a one year old bundle of mischief and his lovely Irish wife Sarah (she paid me to say that). He splits his time between his writing and working as a SAP Maintenance Guru for various Oil Companies around the world. Every now and again when he’s stuck on a rig or an oil tanker in a force nine gale – he wonders if he might just prefer to be at home writing instead.

He mainly visits the zoo in his spare time and changes nappies. In the remaining 3 seconds left after the boys go to bed - he writes and recently completed his fourth novel (a cult post-apocalyptic comedy death zombie fest)

 "If I say Jump Jump Jump! What do you do?" the flight instructor asks me.  I am in my Chocs-away green Squadron Flight Suit feeling rather dashing and daring (courageous and caring - just like a Gummy Bear) up until this point. 

"Er....open the canopy and jump out?" I ask. 

"Hang on a minute," says dad, who has only just cottoned on here.  "Do we need a parachute?"
