I met an amazing group of sixth graders and their incredible librarian when I visited a school in Pennsylvania recently. Not only had they all read Don't Expect Magic and had fantastic questions and thoughts about the book (as you see here), but they also showered me with many, many wonderful gifts! There was chocolate! (Lindt truffles & delicious homemade sugar cookies were devoured before I could take this photo.)
