Jeffrey is the author of four books, two on business creativity and innovation, a novel and a series of stories.

When not writing, he leads workshops on creativity and innovation; gives keynotes on the same subject and occasionally advises organisations as well as individuals how to be more creative.

He is also the co-founder of the Imagination Club and the Brussels Imagination Club, a non-profit group that promotes experimentation in facilitation, training and life-long learning

He lives in the village of Erps-Kwerps with his partner and three children.
