I would describe myself as a Spiritual person, I walk my own path, and feel a part of something greater than myself, following the ever changing wheel of the year and always in wonder at nature's beauty.

I was born in Stepney in 1955 and now live in Essex with my husband, toy poodle and italian greyhound.
I was privileged to work as a Hospice staff nurse in Essex before retiring, and hold qualifications in Reiki, crystal healing and Bach flower therapy.

Being a vegetarian for over 30 years inspired my vegetarian cook book series, my recent Gluten allergy diagnosis has given me a desire to create delicious gluten free food.
Having grandchildren inspired the Nanny & Noodle books.
