Eric-Alexandre Finally started Remedy... been meaning to for the longest time, and after the first few chapters I was hooked and very happy to be so. It is SO well written and the terminology for aspects of the world and names relevant to the magic system are so well integrated that after just a tiny bit they where extremely normal to me... uhm how to say... kind of like a nice warm sweater.

Anyway, what I enjoy the most up to now is that this is not a world fraught with war like almost every fantasy book. There is no evil king or general that the heroes have to face and defeat... the baddie here is a sickness and the whole world comes together to fight it. This way of going about it is very near and dear to my heart.

I can't wait to get back to my kobo and find out what happens next!
