Last night I published the last short story in the Hot Estate Series. It's a short but fun and steamy continuation of Craving You, featuring Sandy, our bored housewife, and Berk, her gorgeous and exotic blue collar lover.

You've been warned - it's short, at approx 5000 words, but it's available on Kindle Unlimited for free! :)

It was really fun to write, I'll say that much. There's some bondage and even some lovey dovey feelings :) I got so into the characters over the course of the two short stories that I just can't leave them alone, and will definitely continue their story in a novel at some point.

Which brings me to....

I think that's the last short I'm writing, because I'm making hot progress on my novel, STIR ME :)

I've had soooo much fun writing this novel! It features Victoria, a smart and sassy and take no bullshit heroine, and Dave (his stage name ;) ), a broody and cocky alpha with a soft side, who has great moves on and off the stage. I'll let you know what kind of stage soon ;) Let's just say you need hard rock abs (and other parts) to win the audience over!

It's short, but it's my personal favorite so far. I really got into the characters while writing it (Andrey is so hot ;) ), so much in fact that I may write a full length novel around them, depending on the feedback I get. I'm already writing the second book in the series, which will be a full-length steamy novel. They're separate stories, each featuring a different couple that met in a certain club.

My first short story in the Hot Estate series is available for free today on Amazon. It's a quick read, about 5000 words.

This one was fun to write because it was partly inspired by real events. In a way. My city currently has one of the hottest real estate markets in the world, and it was frustrating beyond words to keep getting outbid when I was house hunting! It was brutal and cutthroat and about as pleasant as an attack by a wild cat.
In the end, everything turned out fine. No, I didn't get down and dirty with any sellers to gain their favor, but I wouldn't be surprised if the thought has crossed some other frustrated buyer's mind.

Here is the erotic story inspired by the brutal real estate market! (Never thought you'd see those phrases in the same sentence, did you)
