A.J. Shirley (she/her) writes epic dark romantasy and contemporary why choose omegaverse romance novels that are unapologetically inclusive, unashamedly spicy, and always end in a happily ever after. By day, she uses her PhD in literacy education to try and make the world a better place, while at night she writes stories that she hopes will make it a hornier place as well. If you like fated mates, found family, and love interests who are a little unhinged when it comes to what’s theirs, then you’re in the right place. A.J. is also a Black, anxious, neurodivergent, bisexual cartoon character living in North Carolina with her husband (who happens to be a golden retriever dressed as a real boy) and three cats who are actual demons.
