A Handful of Seventeenth Hill

I strongly believe this - "If you do not read books you live just on life while if you do you live millions of lives"
Magic looks real only to the magician. Books look magic only to the readers. The way they take you to a tour of a completely new world, at times making your forget the real world and start living in the fictitious world of words, thoughts and more...is just fascinating.
An author creates this world for you so that you may enter into in and live in it. The more you start loving this new world of words, the better becomes the book and the author. A Handful of seventeenth hill is an attempt to create one such world for the readers. It is a world of Ma, Gauri and Nanu - a world that exists in the seventeenth hill. Seventeenth hill as they say, is home - just home.
When I first visited the seventeenth hill, I felt it is just a handful with only a handful of life in it. When I lived there, I realized it was not just a handful! It has philosophy, wisdom, interesting lives, magic. It truly made me forget my own real world, as I thought it to be.
