Katie King was raised in Tennessee and moved to Georgia shortly after graduating college, where she still lives with her husband, two adventurous boys, and two chaotic dogs.

She spent her childhood reading, writing, or crafting stories in her head—and not much has changed. Reading remains her favorite escape, and fiction has always been where she turns for comfort and inspiration. Now, she hopes her books can offer readers the same kind of joy and escape her favorite authors have given her over the years.
