Kathleen is a lifelong educator, forest ecologist, and has been a leader of therapeutic nature experiences for 25 years. She weaves the modalities of somatic therapy, mindfulness, energy medicine, ecotherapy, and ecopsychology into her work with groups and individuals. She is the Co-Founder of the Davidson Green School and is now the Director of Mindfulness and Outdoor Leadership. Kathleen leads international retreats, facilitates workshops, and is a speaker. Kathleen is part of the NatureSoma team that brings therapeutic Nature experiences into the everyday and is the author of The Nature Reset. She enjoys backpacking, foraging, traveling, gardening, and time with family & friends—all in Nature.
