Release in 8 days
How has time gone by so quickly and yet so slowly?
I started writing this book around December, I finished the first draft by the first week of January. Then I spent the better half of the last five months editing and re-editing.
I rewrote the first draft four times, and each time it got better and better. I love Emma and Hunter's story and how it grew. I love the pacing and that it seems to continue to have drama around every curve. I wish I knew what I know now and could really add a lot to this book but at some point you have to kick the book baby out of the nest and move on.
Emma is a very smart and independent woman, she has finished medical school and is looking for a fresh start. You can really see how the events in school and with her ex have hurt her and her character and I adore the arc that she goes through. From learning to trust again and knowing that she can be strong and still be independent.
Hunter is the cinnamon roll Alpha male we want. He is soft and kind at all the right times, he is patient with his mate and sees she is fighting her own demons.
I hope you enjoy their story and I am looking forward to sharing the next book for Charlie and Jackson.
