Hatherop Primary

I was so cold when I arrived at Hatherop Primary for today’s free school visit that I couldn’t stop shivering, but the pupils there soon warmed my heart. With only eighty or so students at this school, my assembly was a cosy affair.

Berkhampstead School (Berky)

I had another great day at Berkhampstead School when I returned there today. The pupils were once again a brilliant audience during my assembly, joining in wholeheartedly with questions and answers then listening attentively whilst I read a couple of chapters from WARNING: May Contain Dragons.

Christ Church Primary, Lichfield

My visit to Christ Church Primary today was INSANE! After a two-hour drive, I hosted an assembly followed by five back-to-back workshops… then after lunch, I managed to fit in four more back-to-back workshops before heading home!

Highnam Primary Academy

I received a very warm welcome on a chilly day when I arrived at Highnam Primary Academy today. This was my first visit to Highnam, but I hope it won’t be my last, as the pupils were an absolute joy to spend time with

Coed Eva Primary

I had a great time at Coed Eva Primary today. The KS2 pupils were a super audience during my assembly and came up with some brilliant written work during my workshops… with A Dragon Just Ate My Grandma being the most popular title prompt!

Blenheim Road Primary

I spent today at Blenheim Road Primary. But the highlight of the day wasn’t seeing their colony of leafcutter ants and witnessing these magnificent insects running along plastic tubing carrying leaves.
