Caritas Coaches!

Coaches, where are you? What's happening? Have your projects that you began or completed in the coach program continued? The work for me is continuing and deepening at my facility. We are actually spreading the work throughout the community. I hope you are each doing well and look forward to hearing from you. In Caritas, Randy Williams-Cohort 1

Openings & Closings

There are many ways to center ones self. A practice of centering assist us as we go into meetings or discussions. This practice can help us to let go of all the inner chatter or the discussions in the last meeting or the laundry waiting for us at home. Therefore a centering practice can be anything that helps us retrurn our thoughts to why we are really here, connect us to our values, and refocus our vision on the discussion ahead so that we may see it through the lens of Caring Science. This POST and Category has been created to allow you each to share with oneanother Openings or Closings that you have found beneficial. These may take the form of Poem, Prayer, Meditation, Video..really any medium. It is important as with all things within the Caring Science paradigm that we meet our audience where they are so that they may open their ears to hear and hearts to experience this ancient and necessary (for survival) way of seeing our healthcare practices and humanity.
