Xabier Quiroga Díaz, nado no Saviñao o 9 de maio de 1961, é un escritor galego, irmán do tamén escritor Carlos Quiroga.

Licenciado en Filoloxía galega, é profesor de lingua e literatura galega no IES Laxeiro de Lalín. Colaborou na revista O Mono da Tinta que dirixía o seu irmán Carlos Quiroga e tamén na sección local do Faro de Vigo de Lalín. A súa primeira novela, Atuado na Braña, foi finalista do Premio Xerais en 2001.
