Melanie is a graduate of Florida Southern College in Lakeland. She has worked as an editor and ghostwriter for a publishing company, a reporter for a community newspaper in Florida, and currently writes audio advertising copy for clients throughout the U.S. and Australia. One Winter Weekend is her first novel, published in May of 2014. She currently resides in Huntsville, Alabama.
