A New Moon Dowsing Over Washington DC…

Well, hello everyone.
I feel called to share something that unfolded in my Divining the Earth Feminine class on Wednesday, November 19th-a remote dowsing session over Washington DC that revealed energies I did not expect.
For those new here, I’m Maureen Calamia.
I explore the weaving of cosmic and earthly energies to support your spiritual journey in these transformative times. I also teach and consult on feng shui, nature and earth consciousness, dowsing, and offer spiritual mentoring for those wanting to deepen their inner path.
And today… DC had a story to tell. [Watch my YouTube video to see the dowsing map and these highlights]
During my class, I pulled out a small map of Washington DC, focusing on the National Mall, the White House, and surrounding areas. I’ve worked with this map before. But that day-New Moon in Scorpio, November 19th-I was guided to look again.
Before placing a single mark, I always ask:
Should I dowse for negative energy?
Should I dowse for positive energy?
This time, the answer was unmistakable:
👉 Only positive energy.
That surprised me. Truly.
But in hindsight-it makes sense.
As I dowsed, a pattern began to emerge: a diagonal, plaid-like grid of positive ley lines across the Mall area.
A few notable ones:
Two strong lines running straight through areas of the SmithsonianOne clipping the east side of the White House, right by the East WingA series of diagonal currents sweeping across the grounds with a coherence I’ve never seen in DC beforeAnd then came the next surprise…
Three Vortexes: New Power SpotsI located three distinct positive vortexes, each with its own energetic signature.
1. A major vortex over Union StationThis made me smile. Union Station is literally a portal -a place of movement, passage, crossroads. Energetically, it seems to be functioning the same way.
2. A large spiral between the Capitol and Lower Senate ParkNot “on” the buildings themselves, but in the energetic field around them-floating, dynamic, moving with intention.
3. A tiny, curious vortex near Ford’s TheatreThis one shocked me because of its location. I don’t yet know what it means… but it’s interesting, to say the least.
When I tuned in to the three vortexes, I was told:
These are cosmic portals.
New. Active. Descending from the cosmos into the energetic field of DC.
Here’s where things get even more intriguing.
I asked:
If I had dowsed yesterday-November 18th, before the vote-would these portals have appeared?
Answer: No.
The energy is new.
And when I asked why, the answer was just as surprising:
This energetic shift corresponds to a rising sense of collective hope.
Hope itself opened the portals.
The Atlas–Sun DialogueIf you’ve been following my recent videos, you know I’ve been speaking about the presence of Comet 3I Atlas and its ongoing energetic dialogue with the Sun-a conversation between divine feminine and divine masculine consciousness.
Just weeks ago, the Sun released a series of strong geomagnetic storms-some directed not toward Earth, but outward, toward Atlas as it rotated into view.
The Sun and Atlas have been exchanging information.
Sharing codes.
Uplifting consciousness.
And then the Earth rotated into position to receive the next wave of solar flares.
These new DC portals appear linked to that cosmic exchange.
Atlas feels like a catalyst-pushing humanity into a higher octave of awareness, helping us access what was previously considered impossible.
Another lesson that came through strongly:
When I asked why I should only dowse for positive energy today, the answer was simply:
Focus on the higher potential, not the lower frequencies.
Not because the negative isn’t present-it is.
But because:
✨ What we focus on grows.
✨ When consciousness rises, the lower vibrations lose their grip.
✨ The uplifting of many dissolves the density of the few.
This mirrors what I’ve been experiencing with clients:
When we amplify positive currents, the negative begins to unravel on its own.
This New Moon is powerful.
Mercury and Mars are both conjunct the Sun and Moon-what ancient astrologers called cazimi, sitting in the heart of the Sun.
That means:
Truth risesHidden things surfaceThe deeper layers of Scorpio are illuminatedNew beginnings form from the compost of what’s endingIt is the perfect time for dormant cosmic portals to make themselves known.
A Final Message for This MomentWe are witnessing shifts in global awareness that were previously unthinkable.
The improbable is becoming probable.
Atlas is here to remind us:
Stay curious.
Stay open.
Stay attuned to the rising consciousness that is reshaping our world.
Thank you for being here, for listening, and for walking this path of Earth wisdom and cosmic connection with me.

November 2025 Energy Update
Created from CanvaIn this month’s Energy Update on YouTube, I dive into some truly fascinating cosmic developments — and their meaning for our inner lives.
Here are a few highlights:
3I Atlas, the interstellar visitor from beyond our solar system, is moving through our inner solar system right now — a celestial guest carrying ancient consciousness and mystery.
Atlas is positioned behind the Sun, and the two are in energetic conversation — exchanging vast streams of plasma and light. It’s as though the Divine Feminine (Atlas) is sharing her wisdom with the Divine Masculine (the Sun), who will soon turn to face Earth and transmit that energy to us.
Saturn and Neptune continue their long dance at the edge of Pisces and Aries — a rare, powerful conjunction that speaks of reckoning and discipline, but also awakening and new creation.
Together, these celestial events mirror the larger story we are all living: the acceleration of human and planetary evolution, and the return of balance between the feminine and masculine principles of creation.
3I Atlas is no ordinary comet.
It’s only the third interstellar object humanity has ever observed — traveling from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, near the constellation Sagittarius, home to our galaxy’s supermassive black hole. Estimated to be older than our solar system itself, Atlas carries the deep-time memory of the cosmos.
For those attuned to energy, this arrival feels like more than coincidence.
It feels like a signal — a transmission of divine wisdom entering our field at a time when humanity is ready to remember who we are and what we are becoming.
As Atlas passes behind the Sun, a profound exchange is taking place.
The Sun — radiant, fiery, masculine — is in dialogue with this cool, mysterious feminine presence.
Solar flares and coronal mass ejections have been immense these past weeks — it’s as if the Sun is responding, amplifying, translating this new vibration and sending it toward Earth.
Think of the Sun as the intermediary — absorbing the message and carrying it to us through waves of light and plasma.
A cosmic conversation of balance, harmony, and creation.
This month, the key themes are discipline and reckoning — not in a punishing sense, but as opportunities for realignment.
Saturn asks us to show up with focus and integrity. Neptune invites us to trust the unseen. Together, they form a bridge between matter and spirit, structure and surrender.
We’re learning to anchor the mystical into the material — to bring our dreams into embodied form.
If you’ve been doing your inner work, you may notice things moving very fast now. If not, life may be nudging you toward greater honesty and alignment. Either way, the energies are calling us home to balance and clarity.
We are living through a time when the veils are thin, and energy moves quickly.
Remember that discipline can be devotion, and reckoning can be liberation.
This month, practice grounding — yoga, meditation, breathwork, time in nature. Smile often. Find reasons to laugh. Wonder returns when we allow it.
Let this month be your invitation to live as if the cosmos is whispering directly to you — because it is.

The Irony of Groundedness

I was chatting with a friend about being a guest on my podcast. I told her I’m most interested in stories of those moments in nature when something stirs so deeply in us that we feel it in our bodies-goosebumps, tingles, that unmistakable shiver of awe.
She knew instantly what I meant and said, “Yes, to have those experiences requires being very grounded.”
I agreed. And then I realized the irony.
“Grounded” is one of those words we toss around, yet it means very different things depending on who you ask.
According to Merriam-Webster, to be grounded is to be “mentally and emotionally stable: admirably sensible, realistic, and unpretentious.” A solid definition-but it brings to mind Mr. Banks from Mary Poppins: stern, practical, orderly, and perhaps allergic to imagination.
But for many of us, groundedness means something else. It’s not about shutting down imagination-it’s about rooting it.
It’s being firmly in our bodies. Balancing head and heart. Refusing to let the cultural pressure to be “rational” sever our connection to the mystical. It’s keeping our toes in the soil while allowing our senses to stay open to wonder, to magic, to mystery.
When I first opened to a more spiritual path, I noticed something unsettling. So many practices seemed to encourage leaving the body behind-to transcend, to “rise above.” Meditation often suggested that the goal was to release the confines of the physical, to surpass it.
I’ll never forget a retreat in British Columbia where we were meditating on the beach. The midges swirled endlessly, biting us, and the challenge was to “rise above” the irritating sting of the physical world. It was one of the most distracting meditations I’ve ever experienced.
And yet, the very next day, I immersed myself in the cold, fresh water of a nearby lake. Every cell of my body came alive. I felt the water envelop me-sensuous, refreshing, whole. Not escaping the body, but embodying it completely. The contrast could not have been more stark.
In interviewing nearly 200 people about mystical encounters in nature, I’ve noticed a pattern. Every truly enchanted experience comes with a rush of vibrational energy moving through the body. It often feels like a wave of electricity or light, not unlike descriptions of kundalini energy.
I first recognized this connection between body and spirit at a different retreat. We were sitting in a circle on a wooden floor, guided through meditation. At one point, the facilitator paused. In that silence, I suddenly felt a cascade of tingles-like shimmering vibrations-flowing from my crown down to my root. Moments later, the guide shared that a spiritual presence he had invited had “arrived” in the room.
That was the moment I realized: these tingles, these physical sensations, were not random. They were signals of connection-body confirming spirit.
Eastern philosophy teaches that true harmony comes from the balance of yin and yang. Head and heart. Earth and sky. Thought and feeling.
In our culture, we are so head-focused-trained to analyze, measure, and rationalize. But the heart, the body, and the senses need nurturing too. When we allow ourselves to be grounded-rooted in body, open in heart-we create the conditions for awe, wonder, and profound encounters with the living world.
You don’t need a mountain retreat or a forest immersion to practice groundedness. You can begin in the smallest of ways:
Allow stillness. Even one minute of pausing is enough.Notice your body. Feel your weight in the chair, your feet on the ground.Engage the senses. Notice the texture of your clothing, the breeze on your skin, the scent of the air, the sounds around you.Let presence expand. As you anchor into your body, you also open yourself to the unseen currents of life moving through and around you.Groundedness is not about escaping the physical-it’s about finding the sacred through it.
So I’ll return to the question I began with:
What does being grounded mean to you?

The World You See Begins Within
Photo by Jakob Owens on UnsplashOriginally published in Substack
Have you ever stopped to wonder: How do I view the world?
It’s a powerful question — one that has the potential to unravel some of the deepest, most unconscious patterns that shape your life. Your worldview is not just a philosophy or set of opinions. It is the lens through which you see and interpret everything. It colors every thought you have, every emotion you feel, and every decision you make. And for most of us, it’s running silently in the background.
A worldview is like the operating system of the mind. It’s largely installed during childhood through the beliefs and values passed down by our families, communities, cultures, and the wider society. In addition, our worldview is almost definitely influenced by our past lives, as well! We absorb these messages before we have the capacity to question them: what it means to be successful, who deserves love, whether the world is safe or dangerous, whether abundance is natural or must be earned through suffering.
Take for example a common belief: Money is the root of all evil. If you grew up hearing this, and at the same time were taught that hard work is the only respectable path to success, those ideas might become deeply embedded in your psyche.
So what happens if, later in life, you achieve financial success?
That hidden worldview might begin to whisper that you’ve done something wrong. That wealth is suspicious. That you are no longer aligned with your values. This creates inner dissonance — tension between the life you’re building and the beliefs you unknowingly inherited.
This is why bringing our worldview into conscious awareness is so important.
At the most basic level, our worldview is about how we relate to the world: is it a place of scarcity or abundance? A battlefield or a sanctuary? Do we see others as competitors, threats, or potential allies? Do we believe that we must earn our worth, or that our worth is innate and unshakable?
A helpful way to explore this is to ask: Is my worldview based in fear or in love?
A fear-based worldview might look like this: life is a constant struggle. Resources are limited. People are untrustworthy. Success is a fragile achievement that can be lost at any moment. From this perspective, you may be driven by perfectionism, control, or self-protection. You might push yourself relentlessly, but never feel safe or satisfied.
A love-based worldview, on the other hand, says: life is interconnected. I am supported. Growth and abundance are natural. I can trust myself and others. This lens doesn’t mean we deny hardship — it simply means we choose to meet life with a spirit of openness, courage, and compassion.
But here’s the key: worldviews aren’t fixed. They can evolve.
Just like software, our internal operating system can be updated. The challenge is that most of our worldview is unconscious. It only becomes visible when we begin to question it — often when we notice patterns of discomfort, stuckness, or contradiction.
For the past few years, I’ve been in the deep process of questioning my worldview — spawned by a powerful Pluto transit to my IC (Imum Coeli), the very root of my natal chart.
This point speaks to early childhood, home, and the foundational stories we unconsciously carry. And as Pluto often does, it unearthed buried beliefs I hadn’t questioned in decades.
It wasn’t always easy, and continues to be a conscious process. But by embracing this transit, I was given the rare opportunity to bring unconscious patterns into the light. It was humbling to recognize the self-limiting beliefs I had inherited — ones that no longer served the woman I’m becoming.
I also noticed something surprising: as my worldview evolved, I felt increasingly out of sync with those around me. While I was learning to shift toward love, trust, and curiosity, I saw others pulled into fear by the daily news cycle, political polarization, and collective anxiety.
This contrast only deepened my awareness: when we don’t consciously choose our worldview, we absorb one by default — often rooted in fear and scarcity.
But we can choose again.
We can shift the lens.
We can re-root ourselves in love.
How do you know that your worldview needs some conscious awareness? Perhaps you’re working toward a dream but feel deep resistance. Or you’re trying to build meaningful relationships but keep falling into the same dramas. These moments of tension are invitations to examine the stories you’ve been living by. Are they still true for you? Were they ever?
Reclaiming authorship of your worldview means becoming more curious than judgmental. It means asking where your beliefs came from — and whether they serve the person you are now becoming.
Worldview work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering that you have the power to choose the lens through which you see the world. You can build a worldview rooted in joy, trust, reciprocity, and connection — one that supports your goals, relationships, and well-being.
So I invite you to pause today and ask yourself:
What assumptions do I hold about the world? Are they rooted in fear or love?Where did they come from? And do I want to keep living by them? You may be surprised by what you find.
Thank you for reading.

How to Refresh the Energy of Your Land
Over the years, through countless consultations with homes and lands around the world, I’ve come to recognize a quiet yet pervasive issue:
Neglect.
Photo by Point3D Commercial Imaging Ltd. on UnsplashNot neglect in the form of weeds or overgrowth — but something far more subtle. Emotional neglect.
Many of the clients I work with have well-maintained properties: trimmed lawns, neat gardens, irrigation systems. But the energy? It feels tired, disconnected, almost hollow. As if something essential is missing.
And in truth, it is.
Tip 1: Develop a Relationship with the LandJust like humans, our land yearns to be in relationship.
You might be familiar with Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiments showing how water crystals respond to words, thoughts, and emotions. He found that the most distorted crystals weren’t formed under words of hate — but from being ignored.
The land responds the same way.
Neglect tells the land: you don’t matter.
But when you bring attention — loving, conscious attention — it begins to soften, open, and respond.
Simple Steps to ReconnectYou don’t need to be a shaman or healer to refresh the energy of your land. You only need to show up — with sincerity, imagination, and a willingness to listen.
Here are steps anyone can take:
🌱 Step 1: Set an Intention to ConnectBegin as you would with any new relationship: with a simple intention.
You might say aloud or silently,
“I’d like to know you. I want to listen and learn from you. I honor your spirit.”
This alone sends a powerful signal to the land and its unseen inhabitants.
🌳 Step 2: Ask PermissionYes, permission.
When connecting with the spirits of nature, always begin with humility. Ask inwardly: Is it alright for me to connect with you?
You don’t need to hear a booming “yes” or receive a sign — just notice how it feels. If you sense openness or neutrality, proceed gently. If you feel a block, pause and return another day.
🌼 Step 3: Tend to the Earth with Your Own HandsEven if you have gardeners or landscapers, take time to personally dig, plant, or weed. These humble acts create intimacy. They say: I care enough to touch you with my own hands.
And in return, the land begins to remember you.
☀️ Step 4: Spend Time Without an AgendaLet go of the to-do list. Instead, just be.
Sit under a tree. Lie in the grass. Watch the light dance on leaves. Let your body rest into the rhythm of the Earth.
Unstructured time builds trust. And it opens your subtle awareness to deeper connection.
🌀 Step 5: Use Your Imagination and CuriosityThe land doesn’t only speak in soil and stone. It speaks in symbols, nudges, and wonder.
Be playful. Be curious. Follow your attention. Maybe you’ll feel drawn to a particular tree or hear the whisper of a thought that isn’t quite your own. Don’t dismiss it — imagination is a sacred bridge.
You might just receive a message from the spirits of place.
🌸 Step 6: Walk with All Your Senses OpenWalk slowly around your land. Not to inspect, but to experience.
What do you smell? What do you hear? What colors and shapes catch your eye? Run your hands along a rough bark or soft petal.
Go where you feel drawn. Sit there. Breathe. Even 10 minutes of this kind of presence begins to soften the veil between you and the land’s soul.
🎁 Step 7: Offer a GiftA relationship deepens with reciprocity.
Consider presenting a simple offering:
– A pinch of tobacco or dried herbs
– A flower from your altar
– A crystal, stone, or seashell
– Even a small sip of wine or honey water poured into the soil
Whatever arises from your heart is the right gift. Offer it with gratitude and humility.
🌬️ The Spirits Are ListeningThere are unseen guardians, elementals, and nature spirits on every piece of land. They are the soul of the place — the vitality that nourishes both flora and feeling.
But when a place is neglected, these energies often leave, seeking a more honoring environment.
When you bring your presence, intention, and imagination to the land, you send a beacon:
“I am here. I see you. I wish to restore our connection.”
And with that, the healing begins.
Thank you for reading.

LIGHT IS CONSCIOUSNESS

If there’s one element of nature that speaks to both the physical and the mystical, it’s light.
Architects and designers know that natural light is the most important ingredient in creating spaces that nourish our well-being. We crave it. We organize our lives and our living spaces around it. And studies confirm: sunlight is the #1 indicator of human health and happiness in built environments.
But what if there’s more to light than vitamin D and circadian rhythms?
What if light isn’t just essential to physical life, but to consciousness itself?
Light Beyond IlluminationAcross cultures and traditions, light has always been more than photons. It has symbolized life, clarity, awakening, and the divine. From the halos of saints to the radiant auras in yogic art, humans have long associated light with higher states of awareness.
In the Tibetan Book of the Great Liberation, the “Clear Light” is described as the essential nature of mind-pure, non-dual consciousness revealed at the moment of death.
The more luminous the being, the more elevated the consciousness.
This isn’t just poetic language-it may be pointing to a deeper, more literal truth.
Quantum Physics: Catching Up to Mysticism? It’s only in the last century that science has begun to brush against what mystics have said for millennia.
Max Planck, father of quantum theory, famously stated:
“I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness.”
In other words, consciousness isn’t something produced by the brain. It’s more like the source -the field from which all matter arises.
Then came physicist David Bohm, who explored the idea that consciousness and the universe are both part of a vast, unfolding whole:
“Consciousness is an enfolded order. Light carries the information that unfolds reality, including the conscious observer.”
Light, in this view, is not just something we observe. It’s part of the fabric of awareness itself.
We Are Light BeingsIn recent decades, studies in bio photonics have revealed that the human body emits very low levels of light-bioluminescence.
Yes, we glow.
Our DNA and cells emit photons that appear to help regulate communication in the body. Some researchers believe these light emissions may reflect our emotional, psychological, and even spiritual state.
Light is no longer just metaphor-it’s biological, energetic, and maybe even conscious.
Solar Cycles and Consciousness ShiftsHere’s where it gets even more fascinating.
We are currently in a solar maximum, the peak of an 11-year sun cycle. Solar flares and coronal mass ejections are bombarding the Earth with more energy than usual. These phenomena don’t just affect satellites-they impact weather, magnetic fields, and, intriguingly, human behavior.
There is growing evidence that geomagnetic storms correlate with changes in mood, sleep, and even creativity.
Some believe these solar events are catalysts for awakening, part of a larger evolutionary shift. Could these cosmic pulses be accelerating our consciousness-nudging us toward the realization that we are, in essence, made of light?
The Great Convergence: Science Meets SpiritFor centuries, science and spirituality have been portrayed as opposites. But we are living in a time where these two ancient paths are meeting again-this time, not in opposition, but in conversation.
The mystery of consciousness, long denied by material science, is being taken seriously by leading physicists and neuroscientists. The language of mystics-light, unity, awakening-is echoing in labs and conferences around the world.
We are not just observing light. We are light.
And perhaps consciousness is the light by which the universe knows itself.
Living LightlySo what does this mean in daily life?
Seek natural light. Let it into your home, your eyes, your skin.Reflect on the light within-through meditation, dreamwork, or simple stillness.Notice the metaphors of light that appear in your own sacred story.Stay open. Stay curious. The more we align with this luminous perspective, the more we begin to live from our highest essence.
Einstein devoted his life to pondering what light really is. Maybe, just maybe, we’re beginning to understand.
Thank you for reading.

The Great Transformation: Shifting from Healing to Sacred Co-Creation
Photo by Jonathan Borba on UnsplashWe are in the midst of a profound transformation — a global and cosmic upshift in consciousness that is reshaping humanity. This awakening is not just happening within us, but within the Earth herself.
Why Does This Matter? How will this shift impact lightworkers, earth energy healers, and those attuned to the energy of their homes and landscapes?
For generations, sensitive and creative individuals have sensed that a momentous shift would unfold within our lifetimes. This anticipation has manifested in countless pop culture narratives, from apocalyptic films to dystopian literature. But another, more empowering perspective is emerging: rather than a descent into destruction, we are transitioning from fear to love.
A New Worldview: Love, Connection, and Co-CreationThis shift invites us to embrace new foundational truths:
The Earth is a conscious being, interconnected with all life in the universe.Humanity is not separate from nature but an essential part of a larger, living system. Our role is not to dominate or heal the Earth but to co-create with her in a reciprocal, sacred relationship. For those trained in earth-based traditions — shamanism, dowsing, plant medicine, and energy work — this is not a new idea. The Earth communicates with us through nature spirits, elementals, and energetic landscapes. By fostering relationships of honor and respect, we co-create harmony that benefits all beings.
The Earth Needs HumanityContrary to what we’ve believed for decades, the Earth does not simply tolerate human existence — she needs us. Our unique ability to channel creative energy and manifest reality is essential to her full expression.
In my book, The Enchanted Earth: Embracing the Power of Nature to Discover the Wild in You, I share a profound encounter with an ancient oak tree. During a meditative connection, I felt the tree communicate a deep sadness — not because humanity was harming the Earth, but because we were denying our own role in her thriving. This mirrored the Taoist concept of the cosmic trinity: Heaven, Humanity, and Earth. We are the bridge between celestial inspiration and earthly manifestation.
This transformation in consciousness is not limited to humans — it is rippling through the entire universe. As above, so below. As within, so without. What shifts within us shifts the entire cosmos.
Moving Beyond Fear-Based HealingFor those of us who have long identified as energy healers, it’s time to reconsider the language we use. The idea that we need to “heal” or “clear” negative energy implies a focus on what is wrong. But focusing on the negative only amplifies it.
Instead, we can:
Engage with the land through love, compassion, and gratitude rather than fear, guilt, or blame.Approach the Earth as a partner rather than something broken to be fixed.Reinvigorate landscapes by inviting nature spirits back into places they have abandoned. If we acknowledge and nurture the luminous power of the land, we naturally restore balance. This is the heart of the shift — from fear-based intervention to love-based co-creation.
The Cost of NeglectOne of the greatest issues humanity faces is its neglect of the natural world. In our fast-paced lives, we often fail to notice the beauty of a sunrise or the wisdom of the trees.
Scientific studies show that neglect has worse effects than direct harm. In plant studies, researchers observed that plants that were ignored had poorer outcomes than those exposed to either positive or negative interaction. Just as in human relationships, complete neglect leads to energetic stagnation and decline.
By shifting our awareness and rekindling our connection with the Earth, we uplift not only the land but also ourselves and those around us. Many people simply need permission to connect. When given guidance and encouragement, they find deep peace in rekindling their bond with nature.
The Earth’s Own TransformationThe Earth, too, is releasing old, embedded traumas — manifesting in increased seismic activity and extreme weather patterns. This is not a punishment but a natural evolutionary process. The Earth does not need us to “heal” her; she is perfectly capable of transforming herself. The question is whether we will evolve alongside her or resist the shift.
The Choice: Flow or ResistanceThis transformation is inevitable. The Earth is moving forward with or without us. But we have the opportunity to align with her consciously, embracing our role as Sacred Earth Co-Creators rather than healers or fixers.
I, too, am shifting. My work, my teachings, and my personal practices are evolving in response to this new way of being. I am humbled by the guidance of spirit, the Earth, and the divine as we step into this next phase of our collective evolution.
The question is not whether change is happening — it is whether we will embrace it with open hearts, stepping into our highest creative potential as co-creators with the Earth.

Photo by Kent Pilcher on UnsplashLight Beyond IlluminationAcross cultures and traditions, light has always been more than photons. It has symbolized life, clarity, awakening, and the divine. From the halos of saints to the radiant auras in yogic art, humans have long associated light with higher states of awareness.
In the Tibetan Book of the Great Liberation, the “Clear Light” is described as the essential nature of mind—pure, non-dual consciousness revealed at the moment of death.
The more luminous the being, the more elevated the consciousness.
This isn’t just poetic language—it may be pointing to a deeper, more literal truth.
It's more like the source—the field from which all matter arises.
We Are Light BeingsIn recent decades, studies in bio photonics have revealed that the human body emits very low levels of light—bioluminescence.
Yes, we glow.
Our DNA and cells emit photons that appear to help regulate communication in the body. Some researchers believe these light emissions may reflect our emotional, psychological, and even spiritual state.
Light is no longer just metaphor—it’s biological, energetic, and maybe even conscious.
Photo by NASA on UnsplashSolar Cycles and Consciousness ShiftsHere’s where it gets even more fascinating.
We are currently in a solar maximum, the peak of an 11-year sun cycle. Solar flares and coronal mass ejections are bombarding the Earth with more energy than usual. These phenomena don’t just affect satellites—they impact weather, magnetic fields, and, intriguingly, human behavior.
There is growing evidence that geomagnetic storms correlate with changes in mood, sleep, and even creativity.
Some believe these solar events are catalysts for awakening, part of a larger evolutionary shift. Could these cosmic pulses be accelerating our consciousness—nudging us toward the realization that we are, in essence, made of light?
The Great Convergence: Science Meets SpiritFor centuries, science and spirituality have been portrayed as opposites. But we are living in a time where these two ancient paths are meeting again—this time, not in opposition, but in conversation.
The mystery of consciousness, long denied by material science, is being taken seriously by leading physicists and neuroscientists. The language of mystics—light, unity, awakening—is echoing in labs and conferences around the world.
We are not just observing light. We are light.
And perhaps consciousness is the light by which the universe knows itself.
Living LightlySo what does this mean in daily life?
Seek natural light. Let it into your home, your eyes, your skin.
Reflect on the light within—through meditation, dreamwork, or simple stillness.
Notice the metaphors of light that appear in your own sacred story.
Stay open. Stay curious.
The more we align with this luminous perspective, the more we begin to live from our highest essence.
Einstein devoted his life to pondering what light really is. Maybe, just maybe, we’re beginning to understand.
Thank you for reading.
If this piece sparked something in you, I’d love to hear about it in the comments. Do you have a story where you experienced light as awareness? As awakening? As love?
