The sacred squeal of now

The 24-year-old who’s quoted in Billboard is “a bit worried about and for his generation. He thinks democracy has had it, violence is stupid, pot ought to be legalized. In a sense, he is a spokesman of his generation, since he turns on teens with his musical compositions.” If the phrase “turns on teens” sounds like a relic, the follow-up comments apply an undeniably firm time- and -date-stamp.
