I do sometimes get stuck in my decision-making when I write, but I find if I walk away and allow myself to puzzle over the problem, I find the answer in a day or so. Another fun thing is you can engage in this organic, creative process that happens not only at the keyboard but in your head at eleven at night or while driving or doing dishes.
