Saaleha Bhamjee is a full-time chef and restaurateur, owning and baking for Upcycled Café, Lazeeza’s Bakery and Origami Asian Food. Upcycled Cafe’s cheesecake was recently judged to be one of the Best in Joburg by 947’s Anele and The Breakfast Club.
