Saaleha Bhamjee is a full-time chef and restaurateur, owning and baking for Upcycled Café, Lazeeza’s Bakery and Origami Asian Food. Upcycled Cafe’s cheesecake was recently judged to be one of the Best in Joburg by 947’s Anele and The Breakfast Club. You can read her blog at afrocentric-muslimah.blogspot.com She has had short stories shortlisted three times for the Writivism Award. Home Scar is her debut novel.
